I'm an ex nuclear engineer that has switched careers to web development. I have always had a passion for making people's lives easier by providing them with new tools, serving up data in an easy to access format, or streamlining an inefficient or difficult process. The web shouldn't be hard; and I've found my calling by making it easy.
I have successfully completed projects in a number of different platforms, including React, Laravel, and Shopify's Liquid.
I decided to change careers from nuclear engineering to web development and I haven't looked back! I absolutley love what I do because learning web development has helped me discover what I'm truly passionate about: solving problems, fixing things, and eliminating inefficiencies.
Over the past few months I have written 1000's of lines of code in a dozen programming languages. My main focus is front end web development using React. I like to constantly push the boundaries of what I can do, so I am now learning to implement Typscript into my React Projects as well as starting to branch out learning some back-end with Next.js, and the ever popular PHP framework, Laravel.
